The Define Label Printers option allows you to add new label printers, edit configuration of existing printers, and delete printer settings.

1. Navigate to Account Management > Table Maintenance > Label Printer Setup > Define Label Printers.

The Bar Codes Label Server Printers dialog will display.

Adding a New Label Printer

To enter a new label printer:

1. Navigate to Account Management > Table Maintenance > Label Printer Setup > Define Label Printers.

The Bar Codes Label Server Printers dialog will display.

2. Enter the BC Printer No, Printer Name, Printer Type, Printer Driver.

3. Enter Y in the Action field and press Enter.

The new label printer will be added.

Editing Label Printer

To edit a label printer:

1. Navigate to Account Management > Table Maintenance > Label Printer Setup > Define Label Printers.

The Bar Codes Label Server Printers dialog will display.

2. Double-click the label printer for which you want to edit the details.

The printer settings will display.

3. Edit the values of the required fields, enter Y in the Action field, and press Enter.

The label printer details will be updated.

Deleting a Label Printer

To delete a label printer:

1. Navigate to Account Management > Table Maintenance > Label Printer Setup > Define Label Printers.

The Bar Codes Label Server Printers dialog will display.

2. Double-click the label printer which you want to delete.

The printer settings will display.

3. Enter Del in the Action field and press Enter.

The label printer will be deleted.
