Managing Unit of Measure Codes

The Unit of Measure Codes section allows you to add, edit, and delete the unit of measure codes. To manage the unit of measure codes:

1. Navigate to Account Management > Table Maintenance > Global Tables > Unit of Measure Codes.

The Unit of Measure Codes dialog will display.

2. To add a new unit of measure code, enter the UOM (Unit of Measure Code), Description, Conv. Factor (Conversion Factor), and Cont. Tare Wgt (Tare weight of the container).

3. Enter Y in the Action field and press Enter.

The unit of measure code will be added.

4. To edit an existing unit of measure code, enter the UOM and press Enter.

Details of the selected unit of measure code will display.

5. Edit the values of the required fields, enter Y in the Action field, and press Enter.

The unit of measure code will be updated.

6. To delete a unit of measure code, enter the UOM and press Enter.

Details of the selected unit of measure code will display.

7. Enter Del in the Action field, and press Enter.

The unit of measure code will be deleted.
