The Client Access Codes section allows you to add, edit, and delete client access codes. To manage client access codes:
1. Navigate to Account Management > Table Maintenance > Global Tables > Client Access Codes.
The Client Access Codes dialog will display.
2. To add a new client access code, enter the Access Code and Description in the respective fields, enter Y in the Action field and then press Enter.
The new access code will be added.
3. To edit an access code, double-click the access code which you want to edit.
Details of the selected client access code will display.
4. Edit the values of the required fields, enter Y in the Action field, and press Enter.
The client access code will be updated.
5. To delete a client access code, double-click the access code which you want to delete.
Details of the selected client access code will display.
6. Enter Del in the Action field and press Enter.
The selected client access code will be deleted.
